Why this challenge was created?
The time between Thanksgiving and New Year's is often seen as a break from fitness and wellness, waiting for the New Year to start fresh. But waiting for New Year's is like waiting for Monday.
True wellness means making small and big healthy choices over time without stopping and starting. Fitness, nutrition, and wellness don’t have to be paused during the busy holiday season; they can just look different and fit better with your life at this time.

Who is this challenge For?
This challenge is for:
- Women who have built momentum with a fitness and nutrition routine this past year and are nervous to lose that momentum at the holidays
- Women who want to start the momentum and don’t want to wait to until January 1st!
- Women who want the fun and excitement of a surprise supportive habit from a knowledgable and caring coach dropping into their inbox!
- Women who have a program thy are following but want to supplement and with fun surprises!
- Women that are intermediate beginners to intermediate/advanced experience with fitness.
- Women that enjoy connecting with others.

What to expect?
Imagine a holiday advent calendar counting down to 2026!
Along with the Straight Up Strong app—offering 3 full-body strength workouts a week, a community forum, and support from Coach Michelle and Coach Tina—you’ll get a daily mini challenge in the app. These could be a short workout, a helpful tip, a mindset journal entry, a recipe, a mini yoga session, and more. Just open it and try it!

What is the time investment?
This will run for the 31 days of December 2025!
Amount of time per day will differ. On workout days, you’ll spend 45-60 minutes on your full body strength workout.
On non workout days, the fit tips, recipes, journal prompts etc could run you just 5-15 minutes!
This challenge is meant to help you be consistent during this busy season of the year.
