01. What Equipment Do I Need?

You will need at least a set of dumbbells and a set of resistance loops to get started with the strength training program . Having access to multiple weight options, especially as you progress through the program will be a necessary investment in order to continue to get stronger.

02. Is a Meal Plan Included? I Need Help With Nutrition!

We don't do meal plans however, Michelle IS a certified nutrition coach and is available for one on one coaching for nutrition. Uniquly Strong members can use their 2 monthly 1:1 sessions to focus on nutrition if tha is an area they would like to focus in on!

03. I Want to Go Back to the Gym, Can I Follow this Program at the Gym?

Yes! While this was imagined and created with the home workout in mind, all of it can be done in the gym.

04. How Much Time is Involved?

The program is designed to be three days a week with workouts averaging 45-60 minutes in length WITH warm up and stretch! The workouts are done on your own time so will be at your speed.

05. I’m a Beginner or Haven’t Worked out in a Year, is the Programming Appropriate for Me?

We program specifically for intermediate-beginner to intermediate fitness levels. We do provide variaton options for the movements to reach a variety of experience levels, however, if you have a specific injury, are postpartum or pregnant, or have specific skills you want to target, more customized programming could be a better fit for you at this time than Straight Up Strong. 06. What if I don’t like it and want a refund?

Sometimes things aren’t what we expected or want. We understand. We offer a 15 day money back guarantee. If you don’t like it during your first 15 days, you’ll get a full refund.
